In Bagazoo, you never have to pay shipping. We offer free delivery throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Bagazoo only sells items that are in stock. If the item online then it is available.

WHEN MY ORDER WILL IT DELIVERED?
If you order before 17 pm, your order will be shipped the same day. The delivery time is then 1 to 2 days. Most of our customers are delivered the day after ordering them their bag or suitcase.

I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER. HOW CAN I DO?

You can cancel your order before shipment. To do this, please contact us before 17h by sending an e-mail to info@bagazoo.com.Si the order has already been shipped, you may refuse the order to delivery, it will automatically be returned. We will contact you for further processing and reimbursement
